Additional Course Information
Learners should satisfy themselves that the course for which they have enrolled is the one which is most appropriate for their needs. Consultation with tutors can be arranged and further advice on course content is available from the Community Education Office, or come along to the Enrolment Evening.
Please ask for a Course Information Sheet before enrolling on a course.

Course fees
Course fees are due prior to the course commencing, if you would like to enroll for a course but have a problem with paying fees in advance please speak to the Community Education Team who can help arrange a mutually agreed payment structure.

Exam fees are not included in listed fees unless otherwise stated.

Reduced fees
Concessions are available on most courses and rates are marked ‘R’ for students in receipt of certain means-tested benefits. It may be possible to claim reduced fees if you are in receipt of Job Seeker’s Allowance, Income Support, Working Tax Credit, Pension Credit or other recognised means tested benefits. Proof will be required at time of enrolment.

Refunds
Refunds, which may be subject to a Cancellation Fee, will only be available in the following circumstances:

• When the course is cancelled and a suitable alternative cannot be offered
• When a written request for withdrawal is received at least 7 days before the course start date
• If you are forced to withdraw through ill-health or a doctor certifies that you are too unwell to continue.

Other Information
If you can’t find the course you are looking for please give us a call as we always welcome new ideas. Courses will only run if there are sufficient learner numbers to make them viable.  Courses can change throughout the year so please ring us any time to check any new courses that may be on offer.

We reserve the right to not accept an application for enrolment.
