We are looking for someone to lead and develop the Geography Department and build on the successes of the previous incumbent. The structure of the College provides strong supportive links for Heads of Department and encourages proactive and innovative thinking. The Geography Department is keen to accelerate the progress of all students and has achieved good results in both GCSE and A Levels.

We are looking for a suitably qualified, motivated IT technician to work in the IT Support Department providing local and remote support to deliver a robust IT solution to enhance the learning of our students. The role will include a mixture of scheduled on-site visits at the College and at our Partner school sites for maintenance of workstations and servers.
The College has a well developed network of 600+ terminals, Citrix remote access solution for staff, students and parents, and has recently implemented a VMware based server farm. You will be part of a small dedicated team who maintain, support and repair workstations and help to maintain the daily Active Directory tasks.
The successful candidate will receive full training and the opportunity to develop their accreditations in our Microsoft IT Academy training centre. Driving between sites is an essential part of this role, so you will need a full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
